Three Years Post Roe: Reflecting on Hope Through Action and An Important Case Update
June 24, 2025 marks the three year anniversary of a day many in the pro-life movement didn’t think we would see in our lifetimes: the day Roe v. Wade was overturned.
For decades, we dreamed of that day. We prayed, we fought, we believed. And when it finally came, many mistakenly thought the darkness of abortion was over
It is far from over. When Roe was overturned, the fight to protect life experienced a sea change and became even more fierce, relentless, as well as deeply revealing.
The abortion industry did not accept this defeat. Instead, it doubled down. They used their deep pockets and their control of the media, Hollywood, and academia to fuel fear and confusion. They convinced many who once leaned pro-life to enshrine abortion as a so-called “right” in their states, rolling back most abortion oversight and seriously endangering women. Abortion facilities that should have been shut down long ago are now allowed to operate in filth and secrecy. The abortion rate is climbing. Women are left to suffer. Babies are left to die.
And far too many in power — medical boards, public health officials, even law enforcement — turn their backs on the vulnerable they are tasked with protecting.
But the Center for Client Safety doesn’t.
In the midst of the post-Roe chaos, a new force was in place to confront the wrongdoing and expose the truth. That force was the team now known as the Center for Client Safety.
When no one else would investigate lawbreaking clinics that were endangering, harming and, sometimes, killing women, we did. When no one else would fight through government red tape, we did. And when everyone else gave up on fighting the bureaucracy, we did not stand down. We investigated, filed complaints, built meaningful relationships, and effected change where others could not.
Because of that persistence, through your support, we’ve helped close abortion businesses. We’ve protected women from harm. And we’ve saved thousands of lives.
We are relentless. We are strategic. We are fearless. And we are not backing down.
Now, as we look toward the future, we are launching the most aggressive push yet to expose the abortion industry nationwide. To investigate, report, and shut down the places that profit off pain and pretend it’s healthcare.
Recently, we shared that we have been facing some of the toughest headwinds ever in two critical cases. In one state, agencies are openly protecting an abortionist who is blatantly breaking several laws. In another state, we have uncovered gross incompetence and mismanagement on the part of several state agencies in their refusal to investigate an abhorrent abortion facility.
We are happy to report that, in one of these cases, we are now working with top state leaders who are determined to create order out of the chaos in their state. The probability of not one, but two, abortion facilities being closed in this state is now very high.
This success is directly related to you: every person who has believed in and supported our work. You understand that, in post-Roe America, many of the old strategies no longer work. With many states removing all restrictions on abortion, you know that enforcing every law can still shut them down.
And you know that every time an abortion business is held accountable, hope is reborn.
Hope for the mother who narrowly escapes a dangerous abortion facility with her life.
Hope for the child who gets the chance to take their first breath.
Hope for a country that still has the courage to fight for the vulnerable.
Three years after Roe fell, we’re not celebrating a finish line. We’re lighting the fire for what’s next. And with your help, we will not stop until every abortion facility is shut down, every corrupt official is exposed, and every life, both mother and child, is protected.
Thank you for being with us in this fight.
The future is not written. But together, we’re writing a new chapter. One of justice. One of safety. One of life.
